Can I try a design before paying?
Yes. You can explore the templates, build your menu and preview it before activation. A draft or preview is not a live public menu.
When does my menu go live?
After you submit the request, complete payment and receive approval from AuraDigital. Until then it remains in progress. Check your dashboard or request status for updates.
What are the current plan options?
Starter is 399 TL per month and Pro is 599 TL per month, with hosting and menu editing included. The one-time option is 2,500 TL with the first six months of hosting included, then 200 TL every six months. Confirm the selected plan in the builder before payment.
How do I pay?
Follow the bank transfer details shown after submitting your menu. Payment is checked before activation. Monthly renewals also begin after payment confirmation.
Can I change dishes and prices later?
Yes. Sign in to your menu dashboard to manage content while your monthly plan or hosting is active.
Do customers need an app?
No. They scan your QR code and view the menu in their phone’s browser.
Can AuraDigital build a custom menu for me?
Yes. Request a quote through AuraDigital and share the design, content and features you need.
Where do I get help or NFC cards?
Contact AuraDigital for support, NFC cards or a custom setup. You can also use the request status page to check your submission.
